How the Workplace Champions 100 are determined?
The 100 Workplace Champions are determined using feedback employees have shared throughout the past year. Employees complete an anonymous company review that captures their overall job and company satisfaction, as well as qualitative insights into the best reasons to work at their company, along with what needs improvement.
Based on feedback employees share during the year long period of eligibility, Workplace Champions and its parent Middle Market Executive LLC, considers the quality, quantity, and consistency of the feed back they receive.
* Middle Market Executive defines middle market businsses as the group of companies with revenues between $10 million and $1 billion. To qualify companies would be required to reside with the stated revenue realm at least one year prior to the award.
