Over the next 12 months, what are the top priorities for this middle-market business?
Melissa Brown: You bet. Well, obviously, it’s continuing to add new talent. As I said, we will add approximately 10 new employees to the Giact family. So, we always want to stay ahead of the growth and make sure that we continue to service our customers with the level that we are known for in the industry. We have a customer retention rate of over 99%, so this is very important because, you’ve got to understand, for the first 10 years we used no marketing. We never went to a trade show. We never did SEO. It was all on word of mouth based on what our customers what they would tell other companies. So it’s very important that as we grow, even though now we’re doing marketing and we’ll attend trade shows this year, it’s still important that we maintain that level of service.
Also, finding the right talent to bring into our team, the right team members, and also brand awareness. We like to say around here, we kind of laugh, If you look at us, how would you categorize us? And I would say that we are a successful 10-year-old start-up that’s transforming into a recognizable market leader. So, getting our brand out there and letting people know who we are is going to be our focus over the next 12 months.
