Over the next 12 months, what are the top priorities for your middle-market business?
Mark Gross: Our top priorities right now are … Well, one is that we’re steadily increasing our sales force. We doubled it in the past year. I’m looking to double it again over the next year. That goes back to the best kept secret part of it. We’re also looking to hire people who can manage projects at the high level we need to. We have people here, and have been able to keep up with it. But if sales double, we will certainly need more people who can work with customers and develop these high-tech solutions. Also, finding the right developers and having them available. With us steadily growing each of those groups over the last few years, I expect to do the same over the next few years. I mean, it’s management people, it’s sales people, it’s developers … these are probably the key people we’re focused on. ¤
